At Nuvelhis, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We’ll provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Non-refundable items:

• Items marked as “Final Sale”

• Products returned worn, damaged, or without original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
